Inspired by Kaylee’s aunt Michelle – a hair stylist who made every client feel truly seen – the name honors both the woman who sparked it all and her original salon, Kinda Blue, where Kaylee first fell in love with the industry.
Now, five years into her own career, Kaylee created Conrad & Blue to be a space where artistry, community, and haircare blend together. A place that feels luxurious but still like home.

A full balayage is a hand-painted highlighting technique that creates a soft, seamless blend of color from roots to ends. It delivers a natural, sun-kissed finish with low maintenance and a graceful grow-out. Perfect for adding dimension and brightness while keeping a lived-in, effortless look.
Additional color may be needed for longer or thicker hair at $25 per bowl, discussed during your consultation.
Partial Balayage/Highlights
A customized lightening service focused on adding brightness and dimension through the mid-lengths and top layers. Perfect for maintaining a lived-in look or refreshing existing highlights. Includes toner, gloss, and style finish for seamless, natural results.
Additional product may be required for long or thick hair ($25 per extra bowl, discussed during consultation).
Toner Refresh
A demi-permanent gloss that refreshes tone, neutralizes unwanted undertones, and enhances the overall health and shine of the hair. Perfect for maintaining color between appointments or adding rich, reflective dimension after a lightening service. Leaves hair glossy, soft, and beautifully balanced.
All Over Color
A single-process color that delivers rich, even tone from roots to ends. Perfect for covering gray, refreshing faded color, or shifting to a new shade without highlights or lightening. This service creates depth, shine, and consistent color throughout.

Gray Root Touch-Up
A single-process color focused on regrowth to cover gray and maintain consistent color between appointments. Ideal for clients needing root coverage without full-length color.

Bang Trim
A quick refresh focused just on your fringe. This service includes trimming and reshaping your bangs to maintain your style between full haircuts.
Does not include shampoo or blow-dry.
Shampoo & Style
This service includes a thorough shampoo, professional blow-dry, and a smooth or voluminous style finish using round brushing and hot tools as needed. Hair is left clean, styled, and salon-finished.

No services are performed during this appointment. This is a planning session designed to make sure you are booked correctly and set up for the best possible results.
